We only stayed four nights, but other than little bit of road noise, it seems like a quiet well-maintained park. Turn left again onto Edelweiss which will take you to Hwy 75 in Helen. The tenting sites are located beside a nice stream in an open field area (close to the swimming pool).There were not too many people around during our stay which was nice. Camping is allowed in the primitive camping area near the summit (aka "staging area") and is free. My family of five stayed here over Thanksgiving in our class A. Anywho, definitely check out this BEAUTIFUL hike! There are privies here though water is often scarce here so bring all you think you will need.
