The site was paved, but there was a severe drop off in the middle. These cabins are affordable and are about a good a value as you are likely to find for facilities that house large groups. You’d think while the country was closed, Tennessee parks would have taken advantage of the closures and cleaned up. Otherwise, we enjoyed the area. Our stairs wouldn't touch the ground & blocks were needed.
All groups will need to practice social distancing protocols as recommended by the CDC. Now for the not so great parts. Lovely restaurant, pool, shop, very friendly staff. There is a $5.00 cancellation fee for picnic shelter or pavilion reservations cancelled 8 days or more in advance of the reserved date.
