The hangout spot of Oviedo On The Park is also newly renovated and has numerous activities and family events almost every Saturday, including Oktoberfest, Christmas and other holiday activities including a parade in December, and more! I find that to be the norm for people who leave.

Things are changing and those days are coming to a end. I love my family and friends. Lake Mary’s public schools are great, and you’re only a half hour away from the theme parks, Downtown Orlando, and Daytona Beach! Within Florida, more than 99% of the communities have a lower crime rate than Lake City.

Despite its low numbers, single-family homes in this area average $254,500. The schools are wonderful, the neighborhoods are great peaceful, quiet and safe area. My husband grew up here and his grandfather helped build this town up, so we have a lot of history in this town. The safety of he city is also a good trait we withhold.

There are a lot of panhandlers, drug addicts and ignorant people. I grew up in lake city but it doesn’t bring very many job opportunities or opportunities in general.

The thing I would improve about this town is to add drainage in the streets to help avoid flooding. I feel safe walking in most areas. The town is quiet, with no heavy traffic noises at night.
Located in Seminole County, Winter Springs benefits from some of the greatest public schools in the area making it a highly attractive are for families.
Lake city is a small little area in Florida. I have lived in Longwood my entire life. There is virtually no crime in this area. I would also like them to add sidewalks for the safety of kids and dogs walking and playing. From the fresh springs to only living half an hour from Disney World, there is much for all ages to do. Homes in all price ranges.
It is highly recommended for families with children and elderlies. I have lived in Jacksonville, Winter Haven, Indian Harbor Beach, Waycross.
It's a good time to buy in Lake City. Living in Clearwater is highly affordable, making this city a great place to live for folks at all stages of their careers.
