60 The construction, operation, decommissioning and abandonment of a new structure for the diversion of 10 000 000 m3/year or more of water from a natural water body into another natural water body. (3) The activities set out in items 39 to 48 of the schedule are linked to the National Energy Board when they are regulated under the National Energy Board Act or the Canada Oil and Gas Operations Act.
