They don't have thumbs. You (along with your friends in the co-op mode) are youths who came back from a vacation to stumble into the aftermath, when there are no more humans left, and only the killer robots roam free. Silencers don't work if you don't kill the robot fast enough, or aren't far away enough. This game is that persistent." At-least for me. Maybe I remember wrong somehow, but I remember you devs selling this game with the whole selling point of "If you as much as hit a robot, that hit will be around in the game world forever.
You just need to run a certain distance then go back and you have robots you can shoot in the toe with a pistol to kill. They are constantly challenging you in new ways using different weapons and sensory equipment. None of the respawns will drop any loot though, just XP. They respawn with full health. Tick; Seeker; Runner; Hunter; Harvester; Tank They also hate human-sized doors.
and that's why I bought the game.
Robots hate buildings. they respawn every time you launch the game again, same with loot. There are multiple different types of machines that the player will encounter, each with their own specific abilities, weapons and tactics.
Fortunately, Robotic dogs have a big old fuel tank on their backs that can be shot. I LOVE the idea of a finite amount of robots.
This applies for all of them, though the military versions have a plate infront of it, though it can be shot off. ...and there were so many times where I figured that sure, I don't have enough ammo to take out a rival, but if I just fire the rockets I have, I can go and get more ammo, and then next time I see it, IT WILL BE DAMAGED FROM BEFORE.
It's a bit of an exploit because you get the full amount of xp for killing them again, plus the harvester and tank are lootable again for more rockets. Robots respawn on starting a new game (continue etc, I don't mean a new game from scratch), and robots respawn if you fast travel somewhere and fast travel back. By now you’ve likely come across a town, seemingly abandoned at first, though you see a light out of the corner of your eye, so you duck. Thanks, kind of a bummer, it would have been cool to hunt down all the robots, do not go by ppl tht have only done one hour of game play they wont have a clue .. yes there is some bots (dog looking) tht u can kill with one shot BUT as you progress through game they gain armour protecting the exsplosive tank and they will hunt you down, They appeared to respawn in areas we had already went through if we went back through them, newly respawned enemies has hp so low you can one hit kill it with pistol it is true.
Well, if robots respawn, then I feel like there's no point in playing the game. As you walking away from the shore, you come across a house.
...and I bet the Rivals will ALSO be respawning, so there's no point in killing them either, is there?
Note at the moment fireworks seem to make the robots More accurate.
In the latter case, the robots are so weak they die from 1 bullet. ...but apparently I just wasted ammo instead. List of Machines. Machines are enemy robots in Generation Zero. Generation Zero – How to Kill Robots (AI) Trackers.

All rights reserved. The Machines The enemies you face in Generation Zero come in many sizes, types, and variations. They can pounce you, which stuns you and deals a pretty solid amount of dam… You loot it, find some stuff, and as your about to move on, you probably find a couple of robotic looking dogs hoarding a police car. Go it alone, or team-up with up to three of your friends in seamless co-op multiplayer. In this reimagining of 1980’s Sweden, hostile machines have invaded the serene countryside.
So far in my game they have been respawning with like, 1 hp.
i often get rank 5 weapons from respawned tank and harvester, like too often.

Can't really blame em ither. The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic. Not the hunter class and higher.
No relation to the Valiant Comics comic book; or to Mutant: Year Zero, an … Coming out from behind a building, you see a small flying robot, pausing, then proceeding to fly in a line, like it’s looking for something.
If you find yourself fighting them, get distance and cover.
This 1hp bug can be abused easily and some guys are already 30... Interestingly enough - the dev claim of robots having persistent damage does seem to be accurate, I engaged a group of bots with a hunting rifle, got forced to flee by a tank that I somehow didn't see, when I went back (much later) to gather loot several of the bots I'd hit but not killed had the blue sparks coming out of them indicating damage - and several had armour components missing which matched up to the damage I inflicted. Flares work well, giving the robots something else to shoot at.
