Finally the front attendant came back to the back of the plane and whispered something, they stopped. I have called about the refund and I keep hearing that the process can take 5-6 weeks. We were all ready to board when the announcement came that the captain has decided to delay because they were missing a flight attendant. They cancelled my 70 year old mother-in-law 2nd leg of the flight and refused to make things right so she got stranded midway through her flight. This company does respond, but not as often as you'd expect them to. We couldn't have split the tickets with the one leaving on Saturday and the others getting in on Monday, due to we all needed to drive back to Virginia where we live and work together.
I talked to agents for two hours.
I requested them to reinstate for 24 hours but they were very very rude and didn’t help me. We are doing work that matters - connecting customers with businesses around the world and help them resolve issues and be heard. I wouldn't even bother with these scum bags they sre smart to make sure they never talk to anybody so they can't hear how upset people are but send us to a stupid automated system that answers every question but the one you need just absolutely pathic and criminals don't even bother with these shitty airline. So we are flying tomorrow and I'll have to send an 8 year old to sue by himself?
Book with Spirit or Southwest if you want cheap and decent service.
Frontier refused all 3 waiver requests even though I let them know that the tickets had $450 in upgrades and that I had found non-stop tickets with another airlines for less than Frontier's change fee.
When I go back to try again; the error has mysteriously vanished and the prices have gone up significantly.
The issue was with them canceling my return flight and then not refunding my ticket or reimbursing me for the new ticket I had to purchase to get home on time.
I would like to continue to fly Frontier on my furture visits to Flordia and would like to be compensated for the inconvenience.

I called the customer service and was told that purchase a ticket on my end and i will get reimbursed. Frontier said they would reimburse up to 550.00 towards another ticket/carrier. Then they transferred me to "the supervisor" that never called back. I have not heard anything from frontier please look into my complaint.
I wish I can give you a half or no stats you are that bad ,worst even. They have promised me for 6 months a refund from my trip last March that was canceled because of Covid!
Once Covid19 hit and with the wedding cancelled, flying the very and of March was not an option.
