It took roughly 5 hours for the house to cool off to 73 degrees. We feel our cleaning fee is line with other cabin rental companies. Stayed here at Christmas and really had a nice weekend.

Some friends and I rented a cabin from these guys for a weekend in Helen. I told my husband to use a different phone and see if they were avoiding us. I loaded up the refrigerator and hours later I noticed it wasn't cooling the $300 in groceries I bought. Great location! It said it in the fine print.

If you have upcoming trips, you can manage or cancel your booking in your traveler account. The whole experience was wonderful. We called the emergency number twice and NEVER received a call back. They said that they couldn't do anything about it until the morning. The hot tube was great. By them rectifying the situation, they stated that they had pictures and that they just got the house before we stayed in it. We went back to the office the next morning and they didn't even know we had checked in. We will share your comments with the owner who does their own decorating. We apologize for any issues that occurred during your stay. And the dishes they did have, we had to wash by hand because the dishwasher was broken. We finally found the key to get in and turned on ALL the lights. When we got there, we were so creeped out. It wasn't easy but it worked. Cabin was very nice! The Jacuzzi was nice and hot when we got there. Needless to say, we won't be back to this company. Loved the cabin. Not to mention the numerous reviews dating back to 2016.Let me give you a rundown of "rectifying a situation" to the "new management". The fire pit is nice also.

None of threw up in there. I hope you will please give us another try and I promise we will bend over backwards to make your stay a pleasant one. If I ever go back to this area I would want to stay here again. They even let us drop the key off later in the afternoon so we could spend our last morning enjoying the downtown area instead of driving in circles. Learn more. Well planned private space. The cabin was very clean.

I found out they had stayed with a cabin rental company called, Cabin Rentals of Helen. Bugs and spider webs everywhere. True mountain getaway. This trip was a present to my son for graduating and I couldn't be more disappointed.
