The staff at the front desk was very apologetic and allowed us to cancel our reservation and leave. Enjoy recreation amenities such as a fitness center or take in the view from a terrace.

The staff at the hotel were top excellent. Jerod. I did get a non-smoking room but the shower curtain smelled horrific like mold or smelly feet.

Hotel was clean. Closest accommodation to civic center. Although the motel was essentially adjacent to the interstate it was quiet. A great location to go and explore the city of Augusta itself which is small but beautiful. We look forward to hosting you again soon. We strive to make every guest feel the way you do!

The hotel is attached to the Roosters restaurant which is very good for lunch and dinner.

Very friendly staff ato a very nice hotel. While positioned near an active Interstate highway, the rooms are very quiet. She deserves all the praise she gets. This Best Western Plus Hotel enabled us to get a good night's sleep.

DO NOT GO THERE. I came here to attend the Maine Quilt Show. Again, I am sorry we had no others room to offer during your time in the area. The problem was I found access to the hotel a little confusing but carefully edged my way to the front door. It was very, very quiet; I never heard a sound. I am sorry that you were not pleased with the room.
